The first ever Lumina festival was organized on December 27, 2019 in Tampere at Hiedanranta Kuivaamo, an old industrial hall. Among the performers of the event were later Emma-awarded Jesse Markin and Detalji, who has attracted also international interest. During the evening, we also saw, for example, word art (Emily Hallfast), drag (Frida Cows) and a stripper (Jari Ysäri). About 200 people participated in the event.
